Dynamism has become  one of the major characteristics of the current world and the Real estate sector has not been left behind as far as this constant market revolution is concerned. Besides this the sector has had tremendous growth considering the US market in the past one and a half decades had only eleven firms dealing with property investment fourteen years down the line, that being in 2004 there were about seventy two registered Real Estate firms.
   
Being of Asian decent and more specifically a Chinese who has witnessed part of this growth and potentiality of the market I feel that it holds a potential yet to be realised. Considering that the Real estate sector is not as fully grown in China like it is in US and UK it is thus sound to conclude that the revolution of the sector will follow more less the same trend like the one witnessed in US. This is my main drive considering that I have all along nurtured a dream to be a business man and would in future like to start a Real Estate firm in Asia.
   
It is this potentiality coupled with a bit of experience on Real Estate experiences gained from my parents venture that have fully built my drive to pursue a course touching on Real Estate. This would allow me acquire much required knowledge in Real Estate and particular the many risks that have recently characterised the market amongst many other variable factors that are associated with the field. Having pursued a degree in Civil engineering and business in which I acquired a first class honours I believe I have both the ability and interest required to pursue a masters in Real estate economics, a chance I hope you will grant me in your institution.
